Brian Austin Green sued his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil after she failed to pay back several personal loans. The actor met Marcil on the set of the 90s show, 90210. The couple dated for several years, but broke up in 2003 after the birth of their son, Kassius Lijah.
In the lawsuit, Brian Austin Green claims he began loaning money to his then girlfriend with the expectation she would pay it back. He forked out $50,000 on several different occasions, but he insists the money was never a gift. It was a loan and now he wants to collect. The 43-year-old Marcil has reportedly refused to pay back the money and is claiming the money was given to her as a gift. Green says he tried to collect in November 2011, but was denied.
